A Terma-Ban is a three month long Ban-on-Sight/Mute-on-Sight order given to the mod team for specific individuals that have grossly and repeatedly violated the community space for the LGBT+ Room (like Nazis).

To implement a Terma-Ban, a public trial is presented by a council member or higher, and where evidence is presented of the violations, and they must defend why they should not be Terma-Ban'd and put into context the evidence.

All Ban-on-Sight/Mute-on-Sight are to be in a public list, such as in #lgbt-staff-info.

Passed August 6th, 2023, unanimously.
